Bacteria as the Root of Dental Problems

A bacterium is the root of all dental problems such as gum disease, tooth ache and bad breath. These dental problems are caused by plaque, a sticky film of bacteria that constantly forms on the teeth. These bacteria create toxins that damage the gums and frequently cause receding gums and pockets.
